The LHEP™ Accelerator is a deep dive into being a Transformational Leader – someone who can sell, develop, design, and deliver long-term, high impact engagements using The Human Element. Whether you are an external consultant or an internal leader, the Accelerator will greatly expand your capacity to sell this work, make a difference, and lead lasting change.

This program is the culmination of 3 years of research, development, and refinement.

The Accelerator will consist of 8 x 2.5-hour sessions and includes:

• The proven and effective principles of selling, developing, designing, and delivering large scale, large impact transformational engagements.
• Real examples and applications of the principles at work with clients.
• The principles behind The Human Element approach that guide you in how to apply and deliver the material.
• An in-depth look at applying the principles to your own career and organization.
• Real-time strategic support and focused feedback through your cohort’s WhatsApp group.
• This new cohort will have a maximum of 6 participants. Given the small size of the group, this program will be by application only. Our focus is on LHEPs that are active in the U.S. and Canada and are interested in or already applying The Human Element work as the central core of what they do.

The sessions will start on February 24, 2025 from 3–5:30pm ET.

We will schedule the other 7 sessions as a cohort to ensure that everyone can attend and that we move together as a group.

This 8-session Accelerator is a pre-requisite for participation in our ongoing monthly LHEP Accelerator that attracts some of the top LHEPs globally.
