With this accelerated program, you will become prepared to use The Human Element methodology and its full range of content as the foundation of your consulting, training, and coaching practice. Due to the group dynamic and relationships that you will foster during the program, we strongly recommend that you select this package, which is our all-inclusive package. With the all-inclusive package, you will spend more time with your peers and build relationships further as you journey through this program together. Due to the location of the program, it is logistically challenging to venture outside to other nearby restaurants as you would need a car and/or cab which is not time efficient. This allows you to be prompt for all programming times as scheduled. We need everyone fully engaged and ready to resume activities as needed.

Program Cancellation Policy
Tuition: If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the program, we will give you a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the program, you will receive a credit voucher for attendance at a future program. This voucher is good for one year from the date of issuance.

Lodging package (lodging & meals): For programs with lodging packages, if you cancel more than 90 days before the program, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel less than 90 days, the following cancellation fee will apply:
- 61 to 90 days before the program, 40% of the lodging package
- 31 to 60 days, 60% cancellation fee
- 14 to 30 days, 90 % cancellation fee
- 0 to 13 days, 100% cancellation fee
