Workshop Cancellation Policy

Tuition: If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the program, we will give you a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the program, you will receive a credit voucher for attendance at a future program. This voucher is good for one year from the date of issuance.

Lodging package (lodging & meals): If you cancel more than 90 days before the program, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel less than 90 days, the following cancellation fee will apply:

61 to 90 days before the program, 40% of the lodging package

31 to 60 days, 60% cancellation fee

14 to 30 days, 90 % cancellation fee

0 to 13 days, 100% cancellation fee
